Values

I recently completed a business leadership course that led me down an unexpected yet enlightening path. To truly lead in any business or field, it’s essential to discover the leader within ourselves and strive to be the best version of who we are in order to guide others effectively. This course provided a valuable opportunity for me to reflect on my strengths, weaknesses, goals, beliefs, and feelings, allowing me to organize them in a way that supports my personal growth.

Through this introspection, I discovered that my core values—beyond faith and love—are honesty, respect/equality, growth (the pursuit of continuous learning), and consistency.

Additionally, we crafted our leadership statements, and I’d like to share mine: I will use my influence as a leader to empower others to believe in and discover their true selves, promoting health, wellness, and love in its purest form through art, creativity, and nature.

Everyone’s values and statements change over time.

I’d like to invite you to take some time to sit with what truly matters to you… let it guide you (even in the smallest things) every day.
