Service Description
Slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself through a nurturing blend of restorative/gentle yoga, mindfulness, and creative expression. Each 120-minutes session begins with easeful, supported yoga poses and breathwork designed to calm the nervous system, release tension, and cultivate presence. From this place of stillness, participants are invited to explore an organic art offering as a way to reflect, express, and connect with their inner being. No yoga or artistic experience is necessary for any of my classes; these sessions provide a welcoming space to rest, create and simply be - leaving with a sense of renewal, deeper self-awareness, and a meaningful piece of artwork that reflects your unique journey. All ages are welcome. Group experiences can be arrange. These sessions are not therapy or a replacement for mental health treatment.

Cancellation Policy
By purchasing the Discover: Mind, Body, and Soul, you agree to the following terms: This package includes one (1), 120-minute class for a total price of $75. Full payment is required at the time of the purchase to activate the session. All sessions must be scheduled and used within 12 months (365 days) from the date of purchase. Any unused sessions will expire after this period. Mind, Body, and Soul Sessions are subject to availability. Advance booking is recommended to secure preferred dates and times. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the session being forfeited. Mind, Body, and Soul Sessions are non-transferable and may only be used by the original purchaser unless otherwise agreed in writing. All session purchases are non-refundable once payment has been made. Any unused sessions after 12 months will be forfeited without refund or credit. By purchasing a session, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
