Cancellation Policy

By purchasing the Flow Group Lesson, you agree to the following terms: This puchase includes one (1), 90-minute class with a group (3-8 persons) for a total price of $30 per person. Full payment is required at the time of the purchase to activate the class. The class must be scheduled and used within 12 months (365 days) from the date of purchase. Any unused class will expire after this period. Classes are subject to availability. Advance booking is recommended to secure preferred dates and times. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the class being forfeited. Classes are non-transferable and may only be used by the original purchaser unless otherwise agreed in writing. All class purchases are non-refundable once payment has been made. Any unused class purchases after 12 months will be forfeited without refund or credit. By purchasing this class, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
